How to free up memory on Fedora Core 19

As the OS up for long time, unused caches might hog the memory.
It is good to run some command to clear up.

# Note:
Free pagecache – echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
Free dentries and inodes – echo 2 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
Free pagecache, dentries and inodes – echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
